Hiya everybody,
Topcat here, just letting you all know about my latest adventures... well not really, it's just 2 uber-cool plays that I happen to be in. They're actually a double feature, so it's like buy a ticket for one get one free, or the Astor, or like lesbian fanfiction... well not really.
One play is called "Deus ex Commedia" and the other is called "The Geeks Shall Inherit The Earth". Together they are called "DOUBLE VISIONS" (clever huh?)
It'll be showing at the ODEON at La Trobe University Bundoora, best to park in carpark 3. Check the Melways 66A F8.
The time and dates it'll be on for are the 3rd of March (this Friday) till the 8th of March (next weeks wednesday, and all seasons are at 8pm. The show goes for about 2.5 hrs (approx, we haven't timed it yet I don't think).
Tickets cost $12 Full $7 concession and Moat passes cost around $15 (which gives you tickets to all the plays on offer!)
To book, or for more info, just call Student Theatre and Film office on 94791198
Make sure you bring or at least invite as many friends as you possibly can, we've gotta show the union that we are financially sound (in simple terms, more money mean more funding, meaning people can continue making crazy fun stuff on film and stage).
finally good luck peeps of the Topcat that are starting back at their new classes tomorrow (well 2day technically) and good luck to all peeps involved in the moat fest.
